    Does anyone know where to buy the rank 6 chest piece? I had also heard there was rank 6 daggers. I can't find it in 1k.

    TT99HA adorns, TT99LA boots and wrists, 2nd grade nirvana pants, R8 chest, -int cape and tome and 1st grade nirvana daggers.
    Congratulations, you have 4APS base rate. Switch to sage and enjoy your perma spark with -25% damage reduction.

    Or if you want 5APS in demon with a sickening ammount of damage output, get the zerk or zerk+ proc and -0.05 int on 2nd grade nirvana daggers, demon spark and go nuts with 5APS with zerk.

    No R6 daggers. There's only R8 and R9 weapons.

    You could use Wind Shield and Inner Harmony with 3.33 to achieve permasparking.

    He's referring to Hitman Legend, from the Weapon of the Sages quest, which people errorneously refer to as "Rank 6 weapons" because they require Rank 6.

    Yes, you talk to him after you have Rank 6 and all 7 signs. And yes, to get the quest, you need to have done the Rank VI quest.
