So many remove APS posts

Since everyone is attacking APS, this is a remove -channeling post. Wanna be fair to one be fair to all. Why should melees get a penalty while magic users still have the option to cast faster? Guess no one though of this or maybe it's not as big of an issue. QQmoar.

    GO troll some other forums you have not seen how wizzerds with +12 rank 8 weps one shot ppl now with 5 aps.

    5aps = low hp = 8k~10k one shot easy

    If "high" (fixed) aps and channeling were both removed casters would hardly care tbh. Channeling hardly does anything since skill animation is always there.

    Since they would ignore the remove APS ****, they likely would ignore removing -channeling. Lose/lose for people whining.

    I think the main issue caster type classes have with aps isn't just because it's overpowered. It's because it eliminates all non-aps classes from many instances they used to have no problem finding squads for.

    Nirvana has always been an issue, but now I'm starting to see a lot of examples of:

    "FCC 90+ looking for 3 more aps DD's, pm me"
    or
    "BH Seat needs 2 sins and a fist BM to go"

    and for the first time yesterday...
    "BH 79 looking for 2 aps sin/BM only please"

    I mean, come on... O_o

    This, its all about the crit :P. Point of the thread is that if both high aps and high channeling would be removed casters would care much less.


    Before people go crying about me being a mage and saying 5.0 is overpowered and im whining about not going to nirvana. I really don't care about high aps, more power to you guys. I've made hundreds of millions in weeks just being in catshop. However, I'm just stating the obvious that high channeling affects casters much less than 5.0 users. The OP's idea of removing both in an attempt to make casters "cry" is just stupid

    Since everyone is attacking APS
    Who is attacking "attacks per second"? QQ APS? APS will always exist even if it's 1 attack per second, or 0 attack per second. I'm talking about people using "APS" as the name for stacked intervals. I always see **** like "LF APS for nirvana" or "LF APS BM/Sin". Well my lvl 10 Cleric is 1.25 APS, that's APS still.

    then instead of just saying APS or interval lets say high aps b:victory or HAPS which would mean either High Attack per Second or Hackz Attack per second

    It's funny how people started talking about channeling when i just posted about it yesterday? LOL. And channeling has been available for everyone even more than interval.

    That just says something about everyone who didnt know about it: NOOBS.

    Lol 24% channel pieces? That requires 4 6% channel mods which has pretty impossible odds to get.

    To get high channel as a castor requires to get mag def ornaments which is again stupid.

    Theres no point getting channel when a rank 8 or rank 9 weapon can one shot people with a crit easily.

    First of all is unfair than LA and HA can get interval keeping his pdef and hp.

    while Arcanes needsto wear elemental ornaments which reduces pdef and hp drastically.

    i have 33% channel gear in my bank , 2 rings , 1 sleeves , 1 neck , 1 belt and rank 4 top when i wear them i has less than 1k pdef unbuffed and less than 3500hp.

    using normal gear i have more than 2400 unbuffed and i think hp 4300~cant remember.


    so stop comparing interval to channel.

    since u can be a tank and wear interval but u cant survive a hit if u wear channel. (unless is magical coz ur mdef will go to the roof on channel gear)

    If you're using arcane you cannot survive many phy hits :P I do agree on that.

    However most -% channeling do not have magic bonuses or other bonuses to help the arcane.

    That means, sure you get faster channeling, but at what cost? HP? Defenses? yep~

    However as you stated melee still can survive with interval~ that's the big difference between -% channeling and -interval b:victory

    i dont really think thats a good idea, its fine as it is, think of the pvp aspects, wiz with perma gush hitting 9k. hell this game wont be fun anymore
