merchant fei bugged??

I bought the -required for crazy stone quest- blemished shards, (on my veno char on heaven tears server) and THE BLEMISHED SHARDS I BOUGHT WERE GONE BUT AT THE SAME TIME MY CRAZY STONE QUEST DIDN'T COUNT SINCE IT STILL SAYS I NEED TO TURN IN THE BLEMISHED AT MERCHANT FEI (545, 683). What is going on? Is this npc bugged? I am really annoyed becuase i payed for those blemished shards and i still dont know what to do..Buy them again and what if the same issue appears and it WILL BE ANOTHER WASTE OF MONEY??!! i would appreciate a serious responce, ty.

    Did you ever put inventory extension stones into that character? If you did, maybe you scrolled by mistake and lost sight of them.
