First.. How much does 1 perfect stone (lv10) increase your genie's stamina by?

Second what are the lower lv chi stones for? (wushing..liuho..chiukung..etc)

    For the second question the lower lvl chi stones have the same use as the perfect ones but they just give out less stamina as perfect ones.
