Barbarian Stats - LOOK

Ok, so as i have been leveling, i have been putting my stat points to to the weapon requirments, and armour requirments, no more, no less then the rest on vit. But ive just noticed that the yellow rarity gear requires less of str, and dex than the ones off of the vendor, and ive been building my character based on the vendores weapon/armour requirments.

My Question is: Does it matter that i have been going by the vendores weapon/Armour stat requirements or not? Will matter when i get to the higher level bracket? Are there even vendor weapons/armour to go by at that level, or can you only get them from dungeons, and ranks?

I hope i asked my question in a way that you all can understand, and that i can get the answer i am looking for. And no flamingb:shutup

    Dont just look at one type of gear is my advise, when I level i do a bit of wandering from TT forges to Leg forges and sometimes check the Vendors, Usually what you do is plan what gear you plan to be wearing next level, or some time in the next 1x-2x levels including the weapon you plan to be using and add stats accordingly. always plan a head

    Don't worry about having a few extra stat points. Once you hit 70 the game kind of changes as far gear goes. Keep check on the forges in Arch for gear you would like to use/have and go by that. Once you've reached 60 most of your gear will either come from rep or a instance. Try and focus on your stats to make sure you can use TT70/Level 70 armor. Until then I wouldn't worry too much.
