Another PayPal issue

Hello, first of all i understand that you guys want from me to wait 24 hours which is really annoying, to get email back( then i can confirm purchase). But thing which i totaly dont understand is why on paypal account this payment has been actualy made, why in my wallet i see that i paid this cash and why after 24 hours i got an email from You that PWE support sends me cash back -have no idea why (yes cant purchase zen). It means for me that PWE gives me back cash they actualy have , so explain me please why you are making such a problems with that. And no, ticket doesnt work, all you do is sending automatical msgs or telling me to switch million email adresses cause you dont have enough rights to inform my different email adress (guess its also automatical msg). Seriously am i really expecting so much?. I just want to buy zen via paypal since its the only one normal solution where i live. Maybe im wrong but i think it should be also in your mind to have my cash in your pocket.

    i bought zen around 8:30am est this morn. as of now arter 2pm est i still have not recieved it. it still saying reveiwing on your web page , where on my paypal acc page it says completed. so why r u holding my zen from me? i have bought zen b4 using this same paypal acc. i never had any problems with it. i'm not waiting to much longer and then i'll go to paypal and get my mony back i dont need this headache u offer.
