Hi i was just wondering if acquiring this daggers with the high chance of zerking will actually kill my sin faster instead even though with bloodpaint-buffed? Or should it only be used in PvP and not PvE?

Bloodpaint will be more than enough to cover the zerk.

    Here's a figure:

You heal 2% of your damage per hit
You lose a maximum of 5% of your life maximum per hit

For you to ALWAYS be safe, these two need to be equal. Also, due to Zerk procing, your damage will be doubled on every hit. So:

    0.02 * 2 * DPH = 0.05 * HP
    0.04 * DPH = 0.05 * HP
    4 * DPH = 5 * HP
    DPH = 1.25 * HP

So if your DPH is more than 1.25 times your HP, you'll ALWAYS be safe.

Of course, in reality, it's a much smaller threshold, since zerk procing on every single hit is impossible.

Thats a nice formula, but take a moment to think about that for a second. Pretend for a moment that advanced zerk goes off 50% of the time. I have no idea if this is true or not, its a figure I've heard. Lets run with it.

DPH = 1.25(HP) if zerk every hit
DPH = 1.25(HP)/2 if zerk every two hits = 0.625HP (Is this good math?)

    Scenario 1:

You have 5,000 HP. You go to attack a barb with normal attacks and do 1,000 damage per hit, 2000 per hit on zerk. You advance zerk every two hits.

Every two attacks, you do 3,000 damage, and thus HP gained = 0.02*3000 = 120 hp.
Every two attacks, you advance zerk once, and thus HP lost = 0.05*5000 = 250 hp.

Net hp gain = 120-250 = -130 (you lost 130 hp doing 3,000 dmg to barb).

    Scenario 2:

Same as above, except this time you have 10,000 hp instead. So the zerk makes you lose 500 hp, and your net hp loss is 380 hp over the course of 2 hits.

In PVE, it is very rare you would every do a hit less than your hp, so indeed, you are safe. But in pvp, while the added dmg makes you very dangerous to others... here are some scenarios where the effect could be very dangerous to YOU.

    Dangerous Scenario 1:

You are fighting a barb. You triple spark (I'm assuming you do 5aps) and suddenly barb invokes. You only do 100 dmg a hit & 200 on a zerk (its just a number, don't be fussy). Over the course of 2 seconds, you attack 10 times, and zerk goes off 5 times. You have 5000 hp.

Over the course of the 10 attacks, you do a damage of (5*100)+(5*200) = 1500 damage.
    Blood suck = 0.02*1500 = 30 hp gained
Over the course of the 10 attacks, you zerk 5 times, and thus hp lost = 5*(0.05*5000) = 1250.

Net hp gain = 30-1250 = -1220 hp (you lost nearly a quarter of your hp in 2 seconds)

To summarize, every second you would lose ~1/8th of your hp. So if you were not charmed, you could kill yourself in about 8-10 seconds.

    Dangerous Scenario 2:

Similar conditions to above: you spark (5aps) on an opponent who suddenly expels, with similar results. This time you do zero damage, and you will still lose about 1/8 of your hp every second. To the uncharmed, expect death in around 8 seconds.

    TL;DR
This weapon effect does amazing things to your damage but under certain situations in which you suddenly do not deal very much damage to an opponent (he/she used apoth/expel or AD on genie/skill to reduce damage) you could end up killing yourself quickly if you are attacking at a high aps. Think of it as attacking an opponent who has bramble on. If you attack somebody brambled while he/she is not taking much damage from you, then you'll kill yourself on the reflect damage.
