    no, anyone can get either set. they're a level 10 requisite, you get them from celestial insignias or shards from the celestial tiger event. theyre not actually sage or demon, their official name is celestial bard and gloomy noire, but ppl just called them sage and demon outfits.

    Must. Get. Gloomy. Noire. Too bad I don't place high enough in the tiger event and those insignias are damn overpriced. >.> Not worth 200k each imo, considering wings of cloudcharger is in there.

    So is it still possible to get these fashion items? If so, how exactly? I've been gone from PWI a long time, so forgive me for my ignorance.

    You can get the trade-able versions from Celestial Insignias, and the non-trade-able from Celestial Shards. Both of them are one of the prizes from packs from the Celestial Tiger Event every Monday night 12 pm EST, if you rank. There's only a percentage chance of getting them, the higher you rank, the more they drop per pack if you get it. Insignias can be bought from other players, Shards themselves can't be traded.

    If you go to any mailbox and select Celestial Exchange, it'll show you the amount of insignias or shards you'll need to make each part of the set. In addition to these, you must pay a coin fee to make the item.

    You can also buy the insignia version from other players.

    The cost of the celestial bard and gloomy noire counter parts are the same price. Here's a chart:

    From Shards: (amount of shards/coin cost)

    Top: 333 / 2.5m
    Bottom: 67 / 500k
    Shoes: 27 / 200k
    Hair: 200 / 1.5m

    From Insignias: (amount of insignias/coin cost)

    Top: 283 / 4.25m
    Bottom: 67 / 1m
    Shoes: 27 / 400k
    Hair: 167 / 2.5m
