Guardian and Spirit charms

I'm not sure if this just applies to Sanctuary but, I'll ask here anyway.

I was shopping around for Charms this morning and I noticed that Guardian Platinum charms are a mill more than Spirit charms, and it's consistent as I checked several shops. As far as I am aware, they cost the same in the boutique. So... can somebody please tell me why? b:surrender

    Guardian charms are rarer from packs... .3% vs .4%.

    And because people simply need HP charms more than MP.. Most clerics don't require an MP charm for PvP, but HP charms are a must.
