I am afraid, I do use Windows, I can not help you with anything of that stuff. But there are some videos on YouTube, try using them. I liked this one:

You can just Google something like "Direct X download" and see what you find. Usually the newer games come with a form of Direct X, so yours may just be installed in a different place. Depending on the OS of your computer, you may want to go for DX10, because it is MUCH superior to DX9c. If, even after doing this, it still doesn't work, you may try verifying the download. This will find exactly what's not working right. And if it doesn't work after that, you may have to re-download and re-install.

    Hope this helps!!

Some things that I have seen that players need to run the game on linux are:

1-2GB per layer of system software. Basically 1Gb for Linux, 1GB for Wine or Crossover Games, 1GB for the game.

Have support enabled or installed for East Asian Languages or Simplified Chinese, so your computer can read the game files (some of them have Chinese characters in the file names)

Have emulation/virtualization setup for Direct X 9.0c support.

Have your video drivers updated for Linux, and also for Direct X/Wine to be able to see so the game can run properly.

Sorry I can't help you more then that.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

Oh boy.... Why didn`t you PM me after you read my Tut and still had questions?

The Direct3D Folder in the Wine reg isn`t usually there, you have to manually create it. Once done youcreate every key in the picture I posted manually aswell. (Just rightclick and you cant miss the option in the reg ;) )

I had posted the .reg file, but some... smart and "funny" guy **** my RS.COM account and delested all my files about a year ago..... <.<"
