Wedding Banquet fully booked?

Ok i just got married...but when talking to the wedding usher to make a date for the banquet, all spaces are full but we only have 24 hrs to choose a date, it says that we must choose a date within 2 weeks of the wedding...but it seems to me there isnt 2 weeks open, its the 26th today and its only got to the 4th open...anyone have any idea what on earth i can do now? i really dont want to miss out on the banquet quest as we spend real money to get the wedding packs

    I would screenshot this and submit a ticket. Something like this definitely would need a GM's attention to accomplish anything.

    Take one now and before your ability to book a date expires (even if it is still fully booked).

    Send that to them. I would hope they would accommodate you.

    Or if the devs were smart when they made that instance they would have made multiple copies of it instead of only ever having one...

    Thank you...i have screen shots of it...one shot for each day that was booked...including where it said we had 2 weeks to do it...so it has all dates, times, my banquet notes and everything...fingers crossed they can do something for us...its not everyday a girl gets married...hehehe

    i like the way pw resembling real live, eg. Chapel fully booked, mail need 1h to arrive, queue to do spider oracle some time ago

    I have the same problem I sent in a ticket last night few hours after my wedding, and still haven't received a reply. With the wedding pack sales, the date bookings at the wedding usher should have been extended past December 4th >.< I have 4 hours left on my countdown I was hoping I would get a reply today before it ran out. Everyone seems to be having the same problem. GMs or PWI guys in charge please extend the dates and issue us a new Wedding Banquet Reservation please. <3 b:shedtear

    I don't believe the GMs here are able to extend the calendar...however, they should be able to give out new banquet reservations.

    Same as above. Submitted my ticket though. Soo hopefully they will address the issue soon. Not that it matters to me that much anyway. I'ma happy woman to have my war. =D

    Hey guys, if you're affected by this issue, please submit a ticket with:

    1. The names of the Bride and Groom

    2. When you got married (date/time)

    3. The server you got married on

    Customer Service will assist you as quickly as they can :)

    Can somebody confirm whether they got a response back from the Tech support such as a new banquet reservation or something?b:question

    I'd like to be able to do it but to have to pay an additional 5x2 gold is quite bs b:lipcurl

    same problem here, i already lost my first banquet of my first marriage cause once a gm pmmed my hubby saying they would have done something,at the end we didn't have our banquet back....i hope this time i will have it.... b:sad

    Ooookay i wrote a Ticket yesterday that i cant reservate because all dates are already taken.....and now my Banquet Reservation is expired...

    I got no answer so far... can you tell me if i will get that item again ? I'm rly pissed now and i wont pay again for that item just because of that crappy wedding system...

    I sent a ticket in on the weekend in response to this problem and received a reply stating they'll provide me and my significant other with a new banquet reservation after one of the following maintenance by placing it within the inventory window. Didn't receive it after this one so I'm anticipating it to get it after the next.

    Same problem and I wrote a ticket and no ones gotten back to me yet and now its expirered!

    Eh, don't get your hopes up. The wedding banquet has been fubar since it was added to the game. Fat chance you'll get compensation for it now.
