Friendship Crystal Quest Help!

well ive receive this crystal 5 times and all the times ive used it i only get 5kxp and 1kspirit and lemme tell u that sucks cause even the race gives u more and then i heard that there was a second phase to the quest where u go meet a dancer or something can somebody guide me through please
