A New style player banks/Faction banks

This is kind of another idea from a game i've played but i think it would be really nice in pwi. Its just a wild dream because i know it'll never get implemented but it would be nice to see my idea heard/read.

To have really big apartments 20 stories tall, each floor would have 5 to 10 apartment rooms that people could buy the rights to and you could store your stuff in these rooms and only you would have access to this room unless you set it up so people could access your room, but maybe would cost like an extra fee to make it so more then just you could access it. For factions you could probably buy a big hall to store faction items in and would be nice for faction meetings to be in faction hall/room and you wouldn't just stand around, to have places where people could sit would be nice.

When you enter these apartments there could be like an area where others could set up their items to sell to people that would like to buy them upon entering. This of course would take out some AH users. But i honestly don't see a problem with that.

So give your opinions, views or even help me perfect this idea if you find something to make it better, or just general ideas. Give it a go! :}

    i doubt it will every happen, then ppl will make guilds with alts for storage and no1 gonna buy bank, cupboard and inv stones

    I can't edit my post for some reason but i was just thinking some more..

    If you give access to others then to prevent people from stealing, have it set to where they cant pick up the stuff, or if they did they would have to buy it.

    Then make the right to own the room a boutique item to buy. You still have the choice if you want to have the room or a bigger inventory/bank. Of course to own the room it would be a higher price then the inventory stone & what not.
