Just Turned Lvl 30 And My Supply Stash Has Gone?!

i just turned lvl 30 and as i went to right-click on my supply stash it wasnt in my inventory and i hadnt touched it before either :s Can a GM help pleaassee?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

    Make sure you have at least 8 free spots in your inventory, log out, log back in, and see if you received your level 30 supply stash content and your level 35 supply stash item. If that doesn't work, send a support ticket here: http://support.perfectworld.com/

    Are you absolutely sure you didn't accidentally sell it to an NPC?

    In any way, sending a ticket is fairly simple. In the link go to "Request Support" and choose Perfect World International. Click continue, and then "My Answer is not here". Search "Supply Stash" and if continue by clicking "My Answer is not here". It will then lead you to the ticket sending system.

    Make sure to give as through as possible description of your issue, include screenshots of both your inventory and bank to prove you lost it, and the team will assist you as soon as they get to your ticket.

    In case you accidentally sold it, there will be no reimbursement of the item. You can however get a supply stash back with a tokens at the Boutique Agent NPC.
