    I want to say it's made by the officer of the City of Raging Tides. Not sure though.

    it only available for the faction that have raging tide city
    they are the only one who can make potions from ragingtid e officer
    potions can be traded just try to ask that guild to let u buy some
    genesis (r.i.p.) ===> conqueror (r.i.p.) ===> zen (r.i.p.) ===> iam (r.i.p.) ===> guardianz (r.i.p.) ===> spectral ===> essence

    sooo basically it will only be availabloe for one faction meaning zulu the most famous pk faction of them all??? thats just stupid! this game is annoying me more and more.
