Red X message crashing PWI. Help!

When I log into PWI...i can play for a random amount of time before i get a gray message box with a red X that has a bunch of symbols in it. That shuts off my game and drops me back to desktop. I downloaded the East Asian language pack to try and make sense of it but it didnt help. Sometimes when I'm in patcher I get the messages too (I may not even make it into the game before it shuts off on me). I've tried verifying. I downloaded my newest Nvidia drivers (I run an 8600 GT). I deleted my sysinfo.ini and tried letting that reset itself. Nothing seems to work. I've tuned down the graphics in the settings (Which this comp can handle all of the graphics no problem anyway). Anybody else ever have this issue? I saw one thread 2 years ago and somebody recommended renaming the sysinfo file. I have tried this and am completely unable to rename the ini file unless if i move it to desktop through a shortcut. Then if i try to save it it won't allow me to change it. Any info please!

Please send in a ticket to Tech Support with the following information so we can try to figure this out for you. Screen shots of the error will help us out too, so please be sure to include them in your ticket.
We need you to send us some of your computer's information.
1) What is the make and model number of your computer?
2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.
3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.
4) Attach the dxdiag.txt that you save to your reply to us.
If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file.
This is important so that we can help you find the right software for your system.

I may sound like a noob but how exactly do you post a screenshot? I used to know a lot about comps, but that got lost with the times. Also it doesn't say whether its 32 or 64 bit...but its just a windows xp professional with service pack 3....so im assuming its 32 bit since its relatively old, but stable. Thanks!0

Ok. I took screenshots in game to show how my graphics of trees can mess up. When the message with the X pops up it locks me out of the game. I hit the printscreen button to take a shot but it wouldnt save into the PWI folder...otherwise I have the dxdiag to submit and the tree graphic issue. Would it save somewhere else if i take a shot while outside of game?0
