i cant load up my pwi :(

i had a problem with my computer a few mnths ago and since i have had it fixed i am not able to get on to pwi, i get up to the updater and when i hit start i get this error message. the error message isnt in english or any language as far as i know it looks just like a load of symbols. i have tryed to redownload pwi but im still getting the same message. i have tryed googling the problem but to avail, can any one help me out or give any suggestions. i would place up a screen shot but im not sure how to :/

    Do you have the driver of you graphical schede ? It might be that...look on settings if it say anything...

    For one, this was posted in the wrong section, it should go in the Technical support section.

    To take an image take these steps:

    1. Once the error pops up, press print screen on your keyboard.
    2. Go to some kind of program like Microsoft word, but you can also use paint.
    3. Paste it in.
    4. Now save it.
    5. Go to an image hosting site, like Imageshack; http://imageshack.us/
    6. Upload it, than link it to here.
