Gold?

ok so i completed a couple zen offersand had a total of 90 zen. i then transfered that to PWI. The botique thing showed i had 90 silver, and i was wondering, how do i get gold? Do i have to buy it?
Where's my jar of dirt?

    1 gold = 100 silver
