Level 3 Faction Logos

Someone else asked this in another category and it might actually get answered here, so:

I'm a leader of a tier 3 faction and all the things are grayed under My Account. What do I do? Does it take time for their system to acknowledge a level 3 faction and it's leader? Anyone know?
I level the old- fashioned way.

    Does your faction name have numbers/symbols/spaces of any kind? Also it probably does take a little time at least, when did you obtain this faction?

    No 'illegal' characters are in the faction name. It was, however, created today and went from tier 1 to 3 upon creation.
