cannot get into pwi

i cant get into pwi at all ive tried clicking the orange button but an error message comes up and ive tried downloading a graphics driver plz hlp me

    Additional info being, that shaggers is reasonably sure that the problem is with the 3D driver capability of his computer. He has managed to run the game before but since uninstalling from quitting, when he's tried to get it back its gone ka-put.
    A direct link to a 3D graphics download that is certain to be enough to fix this problem would be cool. (Windows XP. Intel Pentium 4.)

    when i press game start it says the application was unable to start correctly (0xe06d7363).
