New Player --Needs Help

Alrighty, Ive downloaded Battle Of the Immortals and Forsaken World.
With Battle Of the Immortals, It keeps asking for an Introduction ID. What is this? I didnt get any of that. And i can't make an Avatar without one.
And with Forsaken World. It keeps saying that i have an Incorrect Account ID or Password.
Is the Account ID, the same username that I use to loggin on here? Or am I supposed to get that somewhere else?

    Wolfy I am a noobie on PwI rising tide I have created an account and I did all steps to creat my character right but there is one problem : when I click confirm to creat my character nothing happens !

    Did any message appear when ya clicked "confirm"?

    If not try to verify the game.
