Can't log in to game.

Sup, once I launch the game, I enter username/password, and thats about the farthest I get. I dont know if it has to do with the latest patch cuz its only happened since the patch was installed. I verified all files, and tried to even force log in. Still no luck. I shutdown my computer for about 10min tried again same thing, cant get passed the username/password screen. Posted this before I submit a ticket any help would be appreciated thank you.

    i open the luncher and my buttom start who is red ( mean its ready) do nothing...

    its say at the left beside game version 440 could not lunch the game b:sad
