in the moring i bought UGC from best buy then i get home and Enter any promo code

but they said * Please enter a valid coupon code.

    Yeah, wtf. i just bought 3 of these ultimate game cards for 10 each from a local 7-11, and it gives me the same message

    The promo code isn't what is on the card. The promo code is a coupon provided for promotions. What does the actual error message say?
