How to active TB quests?

I have to alts that cant start the "Coming of Age" Tideborn quests. it says required lvl 51 and complete all challenge quests from elder. i dont have a single challenge quest left and im lvl 62+58 >.>.

Any1 know how to start it? b:thanks

    do you have all the medals in your inventory?

    It's part of the Goshiki quest chain, so you need to complete it up to the stage where you do all the coming of age quests and get the 7 tideborn medals.

    in order to start, you need to speak to your Elder(if human go to EtherBlade,etc). Then he will tell you about Goshiki, he will give you a scroll to teleport to the town needed.
