As of now, there are only 2 ways to get charms: Buy them from the boutique, or buy them from other players. But you dont have to rely on charms, you can also use potions to restore your mp, which you get those from any apothecary.

    Happy gaming :D

over the levels, you'll get a few more free ones from quests and such --- the earliest you might get another one is around level 20, when you can trade in your FB19 weapon (in case you decide you don't want it) for a charm. but all the free ones are loss leaders meant to entice you into buying them from the cash shop.

personally, i prefer to play uncharmed as much as possible; i find they interfere with my grinding style on my veno, and get aggravating on other classes. your mileage may vary.

Charms are for noobs in my opinion ... unless ur a cleric doing alot of FC or TT etc runs will a mp charm not be noobish but those who use charms are normally ppl who want to pvp and get red and stay alive.

But other then that ya u cant get charms for free unless u have a good friend who will buy u them.. ur looking at 1.2mill for a plat charm give or take.

About the only charm I found handy for my cleric was hp charms, although I'd rather not charm for mp at all on her. For my veno, I'd rather not charm since you can use genie skill to heal in addition to your own veno skills (leech, metabolic boost, nature's grace, hp/mp swap).

Also, mp charms ticking at 75% is STUPID! If you must charm, just see if you can get a smaller one that'd last you long enough to cover what you're doing. don't rely on charms too much because you're screwed once they run out on you!

    You've been forewarned!

The 75% ticking proc isn't an issue with melee classes as our mp never goes higher than 2k (if it does, you're doing something wrong). A silver mp charm will last me about a month on this toon, which ends up saving me money in the long run over food or pots.

It's the HP charms that I won't buy unless absolutely necessary. Since I tend to grind a lot, I can burn a plat HP charm in about 2 hours because of my high HP. Different classes get different trade-offs with HP/MP charms.
Some people risk to employ me

Some people live to destroy me

    Either way they die

Aditionally, u can charm, and help the ticking with pots [with hp charm is easier tho] with the pots u get from drops.
but as mentioned before, if u rely on charms, once they run out on u, uve been screwed [been there done that, lernt my lesson]

you can get another charm at lvl 19/20 from general summers in archosaur by taking quest to trade your trials weapon that you get from completing your fb19 (call to duty) with him and your reward is to choose between small gaurdian/spirit charm
