Won't connect to servers

Hi, the patch is up to date and when I bring up the game to where it says start it shows the game is online in green. When I press start and go to servers it says they are all offline...I verified it, un-installed/re-installed PW and it still won't work! I have used the search button and I really need help. Don;t use big words because I am defiantly NOT a techy-personb:pleased Please and Thank you it is greatly appreciated!
