Getting Dark Lord From Tiger Pack?

So I really want to the Dark Lord Wings for my elf character, but I have some questions about the Tiger Packs. What are the chances of getting the wings, and if i would win them, would that garentee me getting the wings, or would I possibly get an untamed flying mount, or human?

    You get Dark Lord wings from the Sunshine Packs and it's something like 0.17%.

    Really, Because the PWI Update on the main page, it says it can be found in the Year of the Tiger Pack. If it is in the Sunshine, thanks!

    You have approximately a 0.01% chance to obtain Flyer's Legacy from Tiger Packs. You can trade the Legacy in at the PW Boutique Agent for a Token of Sky--make sure you take the correct quest! From the Token of Sky, you can choose 1 of the 4 mounts, one of which is Dark Lord.

    you can get flyers legacy from tiger/coral or w/e and u can choose which u want... either dark lord or dark negation...
