What specs do I need to play at max settings?

PWI runs at 10-15 fps with everything maxed.

    OS: Windows 7 64-bit and 32-bit (dual-boot)

    I run the client with all settings at max except shadows and get about 40FPS in instances and out grinding, 25 in Raging Tide, and 12-17 in West Archosaur.

    I have a similar system with Vista-32 and a new Nvidia 460GTX 1GB and it gets about the same. (it's not overclocked yet though)
