acount loging problem on pwi website

I just have a question regarding to my friend character web site log in problem, he want to summit a ticket, but somehow it's required him to log into the acount in order to summit ticket, so he was wondering how can he send out the ticket! do he have to register a new acount?

    If it says he needs an accuont to log in then he does o_O'
    They want you logged in so they know who you are so they can reply back..

    The issue is that his friend can't login to the site, that's what he wants to submit a ticket for I think ;)

    I had the same problem when using FireFox, but when I tried in Google Chrome I could log in for some reason. So I'd suggest your friend try a few different browsers and see if that helps.

    Is your friend able to login to the game with their account, but not to the website? If that's the case please let him know to try a different browser.
