How is a newb defined?

For example, I've never created a character and leveled it for more than 20 levels. If you look at my character you'd think of a newb, but if you look at my registration date without knowing about my character you might think otherwise.

    Registration date doesn't really mean anything.

    afaik a newb is someone new to the game. I'm not new.

    You are a "newb" if:
    1) You ask "How do I close PW?"
    2) You ask "Why do you deal so much more damage then I do?"
    3) You ask "Why is your armor so shiny?!?" <-- Applies to weaps as well.
