Banker Hen Shao? This is for the bank extension quest. I know it says to turn it in to any banker but I can't. They're all gray flagged. Sorry if this was answered before. I couldn't find any threads on it. Thanks.

    you need to find the banker you spoke to.. and hand in the quest.

    OR trash the quest and speak to the banker nearest where you currently are to pick up the quest again - and then you can complete it straight away

    Thanks for replying. unfortunately the coord. didn't lead me anywhere and deleting and retaking the quest still tells me to go to the same banker b:surrender

    you may need to open a support ticket then.

    old threads on here have complained about this quest sending them to a banker inside of an instance dungeon --- and a very high-level one at that. this may be what's happening to you, in which case you'll need GM assistance.

    Yeah, Hen Shao is in Lothranis, which is 89+.

    You can complete the bank expansion quest at almost any banker, you don't have to go to the one you took the quest from, and you certainly don't have to go to Thousand Streams. Just have all the DQ items (or bank extension stone) in your inventory, and look for the yellow quest completion flag.

    if you're already level 32, you can get to thousand streams easily enough, it's a safe (if boring) flight. but that won't help you; if this banker is inside Lothranis, you won't get through the entrance to that dungeon.

    if no other banker will truly take your quest (even though they should; check "quest related" in their menus) and trashing then retaking the quest doesn't fix it (even though it, too, ought to) then opening a support ticket is your only option.
