Hyper Stones wipe money wasted

i put in a fresh batch of 12x hypers early this afternoon i use 3 activations and had between 40-55 mins left on them, i log out and log back in a couple hours later to find i have no activations no time left on my hypers but i have buffer and exhaustion time left. SO the problem is i wasted money on hypers that pwi was so nice to wipe for me and here i have no hypers.SOOOO yeah WTF I WASTE MONEY FOR YOU TO TAKE MY **** AWAY?!?!? it's not just me a friend of mine relogged and had 3 activations left and came back with no hyper time. Did i submit a GM suport ticket? NO the thing open up a internet page without warning makes my computer freeze and eventrully crash. are you going to replace my hypers? wipe my exhuastion time since you screwed up somethin i paid money on? am i going to get help at all?

    Sounds like your complaining that your left your hypers on, and then they ran out when you logged off and came back.

    i did pause my hypers, the pause activate window wouldnt pop up when i logged on if i didnt and i still have buffer time everytime i loggin now the pase actiivate window pops up i close it then the window where i can pop in new hypers comes bak

    If you have buffer or exhaustion time running, a window will pop up every time you log in to display the countdown clock for what remains. Be sure to double check to see if they are activated or not. If the timer display doesn't show up, click hyper-time shortcut by your character in the top of your screen. This will select it.

    There is the possibility of having mistakenly left them running, but Fuzzy suggest the thing to do is submit a ticket here.

    but anywho... aren't hypers supposed to pause automatically when you log out? IIRC only your exhaustion and buffer time will run when logged off..

    unless you simply mean they forgot to pause them after their last activation and they had still been online for longer than the duration of the hyper time... personally though I keep my hyper pause/activation window up at all times when they are running.. as a reminder to myself that maybe i should turn them off at some point.

    This is always a great idea, and is what I do when I use hypers, also.

    I have actually had this same issue, and one other person i know of has had it in the last 2 days or so. I have submitted a ticket.

    I had about 30 mins of hyper time vanish on me and i don't believe i left them running since it appears there are 2 seconds left and 5 activations, though i can not get them to activate.

    It could be either he forgot to pause the hypers. Or he got forced logged or w/e when you are of the game but the char is still kept as online for next half hour or so. Can't think of anything else, since yeah Hype pauses when you log off.

    Or he's not the only one using his account...
