Hotkeys missing?!

I just installed PW and started. After getting my first quest, I noticed immediately that my hotkeys do not work. I checked the Hotkey and reset everything to default and it still didn't work. Help?

    Which hotkeys are you using? There should be hotkeys both on your F1-F9 keys as well as your 1-8 keys. By default your skills should be on the F keys. Press R for a list of your skills that you can drag to your hotkeys.
