Cant log in

So i looked in the stickied threads and couldn't find a solution to my problem. i'm stuck at the launcher screen, I click start and it says just to the right of game settings in small print 'Game already running, please close and try again'. the last time this happened i had to restart my comp to get past it. I made sure that i dont have two of the game running so i have no idea what to do other than restarting the comp which is annoying. Any help?

    You probably already have a client running in the background. How are you making sure that you don't have one or more instances already running?

    If you are hitting the big X button on the top right of your game client, it will actually minimize to a background task instead of exiting the game. You can find the icon on the bottom right of your screen, to the left of your computer clock. Just click that for your client to come back up.

    In order to exit the client, you need to look for the rightmost button on the bottom right of your game client and use that to exit instead.
