can't register

My friend has a problem with register. She created her account but she can't log in . She haven't get activation e mail and it says all the time "wrong password or login" but they're ok! help b:shocked

    If you would have read that the servers are down..
    Then u'd know that u cant login.
    Maybe you didnt register right because of it...
    Wait till servers are back on and try again;)

    no. I've tried do make account yesterday and serwers were online

    i have a friend trying to create a PW account since friday (3 days ago). the process is not working, and support is unresponsive to trouble tickets. same issues as listed in original post.

    What web browser are they using? What version?

    What version of Windows? (what name, what service pack, 32bit or 64bit)
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
