    It's Called Rare Aerogear from the Cloudrider Badge (From Sunshine packs)
    I gave up after spending about 150mil trying to get one out of the packs >.> (Scam i say)
    So it's going to be expensive. (Some noob in our server spent 115 gold on one of them last week)
