Demon or Sage? :)

This is probably not in the right section... but my hubby is a demon sin :)
I'm just several lvls away from choosing a path, and I'm wondering which is better.
Demon or Sage Cleric? I would love to aid him in many instances and FC b:victory

Yes I've check all the skills for both sage and demon ^^ Both seem lovely b:cute
And every cleric I know seems to be going demon, but none have a SIN as a spouse
But I just need to know which is helpful for Mr.Fishie, since I'll be mostly with him b:chuckle

He obviously knows nothing about my class b:surrender

Btw I've tried looking for a thread similar to this.. if I'm not looking right. Link please. thx! o.o

    It really depends what you want to do overall.

    If you're looking for a support role, I would heavily advise going Sage. They boast a higher healing Ironheart and their 30 minute buffs are very nice to cast on a target (but evidently the one for giving a target MP regain is either glitched or translated incorrectly).

    Demon clerics have great self improvement and help gain chi for yourself and sometimes your target as well as, generally, reduced channel times.

    Take a look over the skills both paths have and list which skills you think you will be "abusing" more than others. IE: Mine abuse pattern was reduced channeling, MP regain and power boosts. Demon offered those on skills I use often, so I went down that path and haven't once regretted it.
