Where / How do I learn Demon Veno skills?

Hey, my main turned 89 and Demon (first time lvl89 character), I am not familiar with higher lvls, sorry for my noob question. I have a few demon books already, where / how do I learn them? I searched for help in forum, found a therad that said I have to go to hell to learn it at a trainer... Well this confused me even more. Hell means that Brimstone thing? I have to go there? Is the trainer somewhere inside? Do I have to wine it? Help a confused noob, please. x.x

    No, not Brimstone. Go to Thousand Streams and there's two portals, one to Heaven and one to Hell (I'm not sure which is which.)

    Well further info on what MayFly provided, the red portal in 1k streams leads to Hell (Momagnon), the blue to heaven (Lothranis). The skill trainers are located close to where u spawn so no need to search a lot.

    as the others stated.. you need to go to hell ;) or the red door at 1k streams
