    As far as I know, the mage weapon is the only one you can get with the pasts. But, I certainly could be wrong.

    Even if it is obtainable that way, it's not so much the cost but the time. You should be able to grind up 20-25mil or even farm for it through TT in a shorter time than it'd take you to collect pasts.

    Transfer to HT. some dude has been trying to sell one that is 2 soc, i think, and he's selling it at a lower and lower price each WC. Last one I saw was at 5 mil.

    Broadland is a crappy bow, the reason the price is so low is because everyone gets a Heaven Shatterer.
    No-one wants it except for (maybe) a few that want something to use till they're 95 and can equip Lunar gear, hence why they go for so cheap on HT.
    Same deal with Gornox Vanity, they're okay, but people prefer Lunar, although with enough interval Gornox is arguably better.
    (Not the case with the crappy Broadland b:surrender)
