Cant get Myraid Rainbow skill plz help

hello,

Ok i recently got to lvl 79 and i wanted to get this skill because i thought it would be useful. Anyway i go to the skillmaster for veno in archosaur but i cant get it for some reason. I already checked that im at the right cultivation lvl, but i just dont know why i cant get it.

anyone got any ideas? thanks

    You need 20 apocalypse pages and 10 medium inks to make the skillbook to learn that skill.

    the skillmaster teaches u the skills till 69 ,starting from 79 up u must get the requir. mats . to farm books at forges in 1000 streams the books contain the skills
