ok so i used to play on my old comp. but that broke so now i am using my old family laptop. I finnnally finished downloading again about a week ago. immediatly after i tried to get on i did for about 5 mins (4 min 30secs of lag i might add) it worked but i had to leave to go somewhere. so later that day i try to go on. I get on to the Loading Perfect World black screen part and then my computer closes it. i try to open it a few more times and same result. so i give it a day an it still doesnt work. then a few days later i get a virus so i have to get security and all that. my father fixes my computer so i try to go on again. It still does not work! pleaase help me!!! i love this game and would hate to stop playing it. also if you have a solution to stop the lag it would help me alot!

solution for teh lag = buy better comp or better connection or update comp drivers dunno does that help if its old

well yeah im tryin to get a new comp for christmas but the update drivers thing might work i'll try it.

It'll be helpful to us if you tell us some of your computer's information.
1) What is the make and model number of your computer?
2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.
3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.

You mentioned something about getting a virus, did that virus come from the PWI folder? If so, you may need to add exceptions so your virus protection wont read it as a virus, as it probily deleted a file that PWI needs to work properly.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
