Should I buy this as well?

Right now I have a 79 mold weapon (Divinity Galive) +3, and 2 level 9 gems. My question is would it be wise to also pick up and Endless Ambiguity (TT 80 wep) for channeling, the edge at 90, and use as a spare? Or would it be a waste at this moment and level? I would have to buy it full price.

I think the glaive you have already will suffice till you reach lvl 90. You can leave it +3 or try to +5 to get equal or higher dmg from a TT80 weapon if the shards aren't enough.

However, you gonna need a TT80 weapon if you are planning to craft a TT90 weapon cause the souledge of the TT80 weapon is needed as TT90 mat.

But before crafting it, check the TT90 weapon you want because there's two different weapon paths. Better craft the TT80 you need for the TT90, and later on for the TT99 you want.

    ^That

I'm also using the Legendary Glave in substitute for my TT80 due to the fact that the TT80 glave has +dex that I don't need as an AA build. -%chan doesn't really affect clerics unless you have a lot of -%chan gear due to the fact that most of our skills cast fairly quickly. -%chan is mostly for wizards. But if you can get the base 11% -chan needed to affect the channeling of most cleric skills, then congrats.

    ^above mentioned.

That, or save enough to get yourself a nicely refined/sharded Aquadash.
The mats needed for a TT99 weapon are pretty costly, at least that's what i thought.
and adding all the costs, buying a Aquash was only higher by 2 or 3m.

Yea the glaive is very well worth it, even better if you invest into it to +5... I used mine well into the 9x, and just checked AH until the tt90 wep I wanted popped in, and was only goin for 9mil....Sometimes it is cheaper to just buy, less headache of dealing with peoples in TT too.

Legendary gear is simply good cheap gear, easiest to get, and in some cases better than TT gear. Matter of fact, my arobatic sleeves stays in my inventory, and still wearing the captains.

It depends also on what your aiming at.

    Just an example:
I know some veno's that have 2 sets of gear, regular and channeling/magic.

When their simply in a squad they go for the regular armour that just nicely boosts their stats and doesn't really do anything specifically special other than their designed added atributes.

Then there's the channeling/magic gear, Gear that boosts their channeling speed and magic, for when their tanking with their pet.
Faster channeling means a quicker heal on the pet, quicker de-buff's and quicker on managing multiple things at a time.

In this case a Quicker casting weapon would be handy in let's say FB's/BH's/FCC's etc etc for when you have a squad that -needs- a quick healer, to be able to switch from one person to another.
But then again <_< to be honest if your squad actually knows what its doing you wont need the quicker channeling, cause then you will only be targetted on your tank and there's no need to be quicker.

It is what I am doing as well using the Glaive as back up I will keep my TT70 around in case the glaive gets damaged.
Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

I actually forgot to factor in Aqua in this. I will probably end up waiting on that. Thanks for all the honest answers.

I have Sleeves for my Veno, and they will be handed down to my Cleric, and a second set appropriated for my Veno (and refined probably to +12, and used to 90's, if not endgame).

The one problem I have had with Legendary gear past level 60, at least on my Veno, is that it requires constant repair. One BH39, 78/100. BH59, 69/100. TT1-3, 35/100. That's for Sakyamuni's Light and for... The previous one, I cannot remember the name. I had Grief's Breath, and it had more durability, and seemed to keep it's durability longer. I switched to the Legendary gear because I got Muni's light cheap, it was refined to +4, and someone in my faction needed Grief's Breath. :p I have Glaives of Divinity for when I hit 79, they are +3, and I will be refining them further due to me being a dual armor (Light/Arcane) veno, and rather light on damage.

My suggestion is to decide to go TT/Nirvana, or Legendary. I know someone on a Sin who is almost to endgame now, and has to make a TT70, TT80, TT90, and TT99 dagger sets. not to mention, It's not guaranteed that you get a souledge from binding then unbinding gear (unless there's another way to decompose TT gear into a souledge I don't know about, being on Sanctuary, only one of my equips is bound, and it's a rare Legendary bit anyway). Personally, I just feel Legendary is easier, and you often times find it with decent shards and refinement levels in AH for a good price if you are patient. Hell, I picked up several free molds from people quitting or didn't want the gear anymore, not to mention molds taht dropped in FB or BH runs.

    100 Demon BM*/Barb
    96 Demon Cleric/Sage Seeker
    95 Demon Wiz/
    94 Sage Veno

And a handful of other alts, all 79 and under.
