    Reading the posts here on HT forums got me to thinking. It is against the ToS to harass and/or grief other players, is it not? And that rule is not just applied to in-game situations either, that is relevant to every game, and forum, being hosted by the PWI company. So, the generalization that "all" Enrage members are bad people, and that they all fail is slanderous in nature, since it is not entirely true. So, couldn't the constant repeating of said accusations, and the repetitive mentioning of a certain link to a document that was created by a certain obsessed man, be interpreted as a violation of the ToS/User Conduct that we all agreed to?

      So i've taken a look at the forum rules. And the following rules have been broken by this certain man that you're speaking of.

      1. Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content. Profanity filter dodging and filtered words/statements with clear vulgar intent will also be considered outright violations.
      6. SPAM by posting frequent and/or annoying messages in the forums.
      7. No trolling, or flaming.
      Any form of personal insult will not be tolerated. General rule of thumb: if you think that what you are about to post is insulting, don't post it.
      11. No power-posting, spamming, bumping and/or flaming.
      14. Keep posts on-topic.
      Keep the topic in mind when you post. Refrain from posting irrelevant information.
      18. No public discussion about disciplinary action administered to members.
      If you have any questions regarding rules, disciplinary actions, user bans, or even a thread move, please use the Customer Support Ticketing System or PM function of the board to contact us.

      I might have forgotten some but you could say we're dealing here with a man who has broken many violations.
      Anyways, that link has broken most of these rules here above so... ya i'd say it's against the rules. But looking at the amount of violations that this person has made i'm surprised this man hasn't been banned yet.

      Definitions:

      Hijacking: Taking control of another person's post to forward your own agenda will result in having your posts removed from that thread. Repeated hijackings can result in a ban from the forums/game.

      Trolling: Attempts to incite others to anger, frustration or similar; also attempts to incite flaming.

      Defaming: Anything negative posted about another person, if you have something to report please submit a ticket. The forums are not the correct place to report bad behavior.

      Look kid you spammed flamed our guild and me calling it communist and **** and full of **** etc just because you could not get our members to go to dominus even when you used lies that jimbo and others have already sealed their way there... jesus... very nice???? . And it was just PROMOTION Thread... had not a single name mentioned...

      Wanna re-read my Guild Promotion thread and then you can explain why you start trolling it ??????
      Then trying to quote me on every other thread such as ones TheWall made about Enrage wiping Radiance of the map that was full of **** getting into my argument with Enrage ways of doing things... Not a troll??????????? ... less gaming more school for you



      On the other hand,

      The rulez are perfect and they give space to close every thread. But its GMs/Admins discretion to act or not.

      Then again... anyone read World Chat?????????? its the GMs discretion..

      I remember/read/open suggestion threads, general disc threads, guild promotion ones, question ones, with simple words and/or predictions for TW - without a single bad word ..
      those were randomly getting flamed/spamme/trolled by bored non factors (in case of HT 99% are Enrage alike and TE trolz on these forums) ....

      And then they QQ when someones gives it back to their face??????????? LOL

      LOL I suggested once that guilds bid for TW timeslots, and I got called an idiot and fail and nub because I just had that idea... so LOL that person that said that didnt get banned.

      Mods just lock it or even delete some (like ones where you had someone addmiting using hax in TWs : enrage members)

      GMs pretty much want you to fight back on forums and they will step in if flames are too high, such as personal or sexist or.. racial or some really non game related.

      I sent a ticket about this, GM's are aware... but they wont get into this whole mess...

      My thread Cry me a river was a response to a Monofail Saga, which was made as a response to Enrage Truth Saga, which was made as a respons to Why Enrage is Flamed thread... .. ehhhh

      1st of all we r flaming/trolling YOU, the one that posts **** not ur entire faction.
      2nd you've been accusing me and Mystic (Evanera) of buying/selling nudes for ig coins which is an insult and defamatory accusation which you cannot sustain with proofs since they never happened. I dont give a damn about what shaadoe says to you or posts on your forum, i can go wherever and say you asked me nudes and stuff like this which dumb ppl might believe... will that make it true? no since i cannot prove it. why ? coz it never happened. Same with Mystic and same with me.
      3rd. youve been harassing me in WC and same did your beloved cleric which dont even need to be named coz everyone on HT knows him, harassed and called names entire factions not just persons of those factions... did any1 qq about that? no ... we found it funny coz you just show off your IQs which are amazingly high but negative numbers.
      Nevertheless, you are now accusing Mystic of using enrage money to +12 his weapon... this is a major accusation, defamatory which you cannot sustain with a valid prove.
      It was fun for a while to read your **** on forum but i think it is now time to get your well deserved ban. Hope mods can read this and take proper actions.

      Just thought I would clear this up: I did not use guild funds to +12 my weapon. A screenshot of the guild bank was posted to show I hadn't used any for myself on our forums. I don't know who started the rumour but I assume they have something against me, so no big deal really. Sorry to those who are jealous that I can farm better then you.

      Mhm..the pictures thing is just funny to me now and doesn't really bother me. I'm accustomed to having rumours started against me. That's what high school is right?

      I post just to not let you have the whole forum and lie and make up things just to keep all the lands and get more members..

      I can think of two reasons.
      - They do not support/share your opinions.
      - They are afraid to be connected to you and be "flamed".
