Nirvana quest glitch or something o.o

i tried to get my nirvana keys this morning but all i could get was a " Incorrect mission time span". any1 noe wth does this mean?

    same here, me and my other friends have this issue.
    My other chars couldn't even take keys..
    GM gonna do anything?
    x2 event get these problems -_-
