I have leveled up however when I press C it shows a box with my face but I cannot see my skill levels or anything.b:angry

I did the live chat help and they told me to verify. I did that twice and it still didn't work. I have submitted a help ticket thing but it is the weekend so I do not know if anything will get done for a while.

How would I go about contact a gm?
