So is there an EU version of PW?

I noticed that the EU version website has closed and there are new servers here and people from Europe pay in euro. But it appears that the new servers are all west ones. Is there no EU version now?

    There's no EU server yet, but maybe they are thinking about it now that other euro version closed lol

    Yeah well, too bad I'm not Russian. I wonder why isn't there an European server. BoI and JD have servers in Europe, I'm certain for JD but just heard about BoI. FW is also going to have an EU server when the beta testing ends. Right now that's the only thing stopping me from playing PW. Even when there was Games-Masters' multilanguage version you had to search the forums to figure out how to install it and generally it felt like it's a private server. As I've read in another topic, they charge people from Europe more for buying Zen, or whatever was it called, and we don't even get events for our time zone.

    There was EU version before, but that version was soooo bad managed and had sooo many bugs, it's updates was soooo delayed that there was nothing to do there, it seemed to be a totally different game, really poor, not much things to do, I don't know if they even had BHs or Cube of the Fate or stuff like that. So players started leaving the game and it became unactive, till it broke and they had to close EU servers. Really sad end.

    i dont think most of eu speak russian or russian server could replace a english european server like pw ms :P

    i got there few lv100 char without cash shop or exp pumper items and was nice server but really they lost player coz of bad manageing from gm sides and i think the less update there only 2ndary problem....

    was cube and bh (but not since begning)... alot player left when watched the no response and any action from gm sides after that with less player was boring...

    (i was there before server opened with ~3month,then i was "something like GameAdvisor" and i am sure the biggest problem was from gm side mainly)

    i think with new class maybe will be opened a new server and with uk time zone could be populated too...

    Agreed. There are lots of private servers for different MMORPGs. There was that server of a certain game, a person asked the admin how many people were playing it and he proudly said 50+. From this I think it doesn't cost that much to maintain a server, PWE ('E' as entertainment) has nothing to lose.
