Error message when I press play.

When I press play, this error message pops up and the game shuts down.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

    I had this error before.. but I don't know exactly what I did then.

    I've even re-installed the game, not sure what to do.

    dxdiag information will help us greatly to determine the problem ^.^

    Also, if you can, try verifing the game files.


    *EDIT*

    Since most people don't know how to get the dxdiag info...

    Go to the Start Menu (or File I think it is for a Mac)
    Click Run (or the Mac equalivent to this...idk what it is tho, sorry)
    When the run menu comes up type in dxdiag
    Copy and paste the System Information
    Then go to the Display Tab
    Copy and paste the Device and Driver information


    All of this information will help us determine the problem you are having :)

    If you reinstalled the game. Let it update and check if the error messsage still pop up.
