Leveling>>Blacksmith Manufacturing +2

So I've reached 100% at lvl-1 blacksmith manufacturing...and from my understanding im supposed to talk to the elder to get level 2. But the Elder says nothing about it---(the skill is transparent and listed as '10/20'.

So what do i do to get level 2? Do i have to buy a book again??

Hope this dosnt sound confusing but this game is confusing to me alot of the time =/

    if is 10/20 means u gotta craft gear til it gets to 20/20 then you can level it.

    You have to craft gear that requires your blacksmith level. Anything lower will not be taken into account. (arrows and ammo isn't either)

    He's at lvl 1. He can't craft anything that's not at his maximum crafting level.

    No, I do not think so.

    If he has 10/20 that means he has level 2.

    You also have to be a certain character level.
