i think it was lv 15 or 8.. lowest one might be typed armodillo... err

I believe you mean the Mountain Tunneldigger, the armadillo looking thing at the TB island? That one's level 12, and the growth is here: http://img2.mmo.mmo4arab.com/pw/images/guide/pet/tidepet4_1.png
