upgrad passive skills?

how & where can i upgrade my passive skills like blacksmith skill?
my location: south district.

    You have to create items to gain "experience". U have to craft 10 items to get 100% of that EXP and then learn new level of crafting skill at the Elder. NOTE: U can't craft same gear on every crafting skill level, with higher level of skill u have to craft higher level gear, too.


    BTW Hey, why does the forum still show avatar of the Assasin? I've deleted a Sin and created a Wizzie, same nickname and forum seems to not apply this change...

    depends what level of skill you already have.

    if you look around in the list of what the blacksmith (or tailor, or whatever) will let you create, you'll notice that the items each have a line saying, "requires blacksmith level X" (or tailor level, or...) for your skill level to increase any, you must be making items that require the highest level of skill you've got available. if you've already got blacksmith level 2, then making things that only require blacksmith 1 won't help.
